Meet Lauren: Crafting Joyful Macarons with Care

Hi there! I’m Lauren, the macaron enthusiast behind Lauren’s Macaron Co. I grew up with a severe nut allergy, which meant I couldn’t bake or even try macarons for much of my life since they’re made with almond flour. It was tough missing out on something so fun and unique, but it also gave me a deep understanding of how challenging and scary it can be to navigate life with allergies.

Now that I can enjoy almonds, I’ve discovered a love for baking macarons, and I take allergen safety very seriously. Whether you have food sensitivities or allergies, you can rest assured that I’m as careful as possible in my baking process. My goal is to create delicious treats that everyone can enjoy without worry. I truly want to take the fear out of indulgence and make moments of joy accessible to all!
